Key Responsibilities1. Billing & Documentation
- Prepare and review RA Bills, Final Bills, Client Bills, and Subcontractor Bills.
- Verify site measurements, BOQ quantities, rate analysis, and bill certification.
- Ensure timely submission of bills with accurate supporting documents.
- Maintain complete billing records, revisions, and approvals.
2. Coordination & Verification
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and QS teams for quantity verification.
- Cross-check subcontractor invoices with work completion status and actual site progress.
- Liaise with clients/consultants for bill clarifications and approvals.
3. Cost & Quantity Management
- Prepare material reconciliation (planned vs. executed).
- Monitor project cost, variations, deviations, and extra item billing.
- Maintain tracking sheets for quantity, billing progress, and financial projections.
4. BOQ & Estimation
- Review contract BOQ and drawings before billing.
- Assist in rate analysis, tendering, and cost estimation as required.
- Validate change orders, variation claims, and additional works.
5. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, taxation, GST, and statutory requirements.
- Generate MIS reports for management – billing status, receivables, cost variance, etc.
- Forecast billing cycles and financial targets for each project.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, RA Billing, Quantity Surveying, and Tendering.
- Excellent command over AutoCAD, MS Excel, and billing software.
- Understanding of interior materials, drawings, and site execution.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multi-site billing with accuracy and speed.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Engineering, or related field.
- 9–15 years of experience in Billing (Interior Fit-Out industry preferred).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
