IM LEADERSHIP & CLIENT COORDINATION A

  • ct as the daily BIM point of contact for clients—coordinating model exchanges, leading BIM workshops, and addressing RFIs. M
  • anage BIM Execution Plan (BEP) reviews and the full suite of ISO 19650 information management documents (including pre- and post-contract BEPs, NWC/NWD models, EIRs, MIDP/TDIP, information-exchange protocols, and model-federation strategies). D
  • efine and enforce required Levels of Detail (LOD 100–350) at each design stage, ensuring outputs align with project scope and client expectations. C
  • hampion continuous learning by sharing ISO 19650 best practices across the design team and wider supply chain, helping colleagues adopt improved workflows.

ODEL PRODUCTION, SPECIALIST CONSULTANT COORDINATION & TECHNICAL QA/QC L

  • ead BIM model development across disciplines, overseeing Revit MEP and architectural modelling. Ensure the correct implementation of project datums and templates and integrate Revit projects into BIM 360 (ACC). D
  • evelop standard Revit families as required, including model content, setup customisations, templates, CAD libraries, and documentation. D
  • evelop design and installation models for water features, interactive features, and swimming pools (e.g. lap pools, vitality pools, hot/cold pools, onsen/mineral pools, Watsu pools) along with their plant rooms, heating/cooling, and specialist equipment requirements. D
  • evelop design and installation models for spa cabins, including steam rooms, saunas, hammams, experience showers, ice rooms, salt rooms, heated loungers, and ice fountains, in coordination with architectural and interior design models. C
  • onduct regular clash detection assessments, identifying errors, detecting warnings, and proposing effective solutions. C
  • ollaborate and review design models from other specialist consultants related to pool and spa scopes (including landscape, MEP, structure, architecture, lighting, and FLS). E
  • mbed rigorous technical QA/QC checks before every submission and coordinate rework reviews.

OCUMENTATION & DIGITAL DELIVERY P

  • repare and manage BIM 360 / ACC / Aconex submissions, including transmittals, MIDP documents, document-control checks, and resubmission logs. E
  • xtract quantities, schedules, and asset information from models to support cost planning, procurement, and FM datasets. C
  • oordinate client document-control requirements at project kick-off and during submission milestones to ensure alignment and compliance.

  • oach junior coordinators and technicians in Revit family creation, Dynamo scripting, and WSP standards. C
  • onduct quarterly skills reviews, identify CPD requirements, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

  • apture lessons learned to refine Aquatic and Spa Design BIM standards and templates. P
  • ilot automation tools (Dynamo/Revit API), point-cloud integrations, VR/AR model reviews, and other digital engineering advancements to maintain a cutting-edge studio.

  • –8 years of BIM experience on high-end projects, including at least 3 years in a senior or coordination role across MEP, aquatic, or spa design projects. E
  • xperience in thermal cabin or spa design, swimming pool, or water feature projects is a strong advantage. P
  • roven experience leading multi-site production teams and mentoring junior staff. E
  • xpert proficiency in Revit, BIM 360/ACC, and Navisworks; experience with Dynamo scripting is advantageous. S
  • trong understanding of ISO 19650 workflows, BEP development, LOD definitions, QA/QC auditing, and regional authority BIM mandates. E
  • xcellent client-facing and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical details into clear, actionable outcomes. B
  • achelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering, BIM, or a related discipline. Autodesk Professional Certification or CM-BIM accreditation preferred. A
  • passion for continuous improvement, digital innovation, and collaborative problem-solving. B
