Position: Senior Blockchain Developer
Location: Karachi (On-site, 9 AM – 5 PM)
Experience Required: 4+ years in Blockchain Development (with proven hands-on Corda expertise)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Blockchain Developer with strong expertise in private blockchain platforms and proven hands-on experience in Corda technology. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade blockchain solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance for our business use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Corda-based blockchain applications for enterprise use cases.
• Architect and implement private blockchain networks, focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
• Develop and maintain CorDapps, smart contracts, and workflows on Corda.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, architects, DevOps, and QA) to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Integrate blockchain solutions with existing enterprise applications, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Optimize performance and security of blockchain nodes and networks.
• Conduct research on emerging blockchain trends and propose innovative solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, governance models, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on blockchain development experience, with at least 2+ years in Corda (R3 Corda).
• Proven expertise in designing and deploying CorDapps and working with Corda nodes, flows, and contracts.
• Strong understanding of distributed ledger technologies (DLT) and private blockchain frameworks.
• Proficiency in Java and Kotlin (essential for Corda development).
• Experience with Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of cryptography, consensus mechanisms, and PKI.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and team leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience in Hyperledger Fabric, Quorum, or other private blockchain frameworks.
• Understanding of financial services, supply chain, or enterprise-grade blockchain use cases.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance aspects in blockchain solutions.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Pay: Rs500,000.00 - Rs650,000.00 per month
