Work Hours: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Salary Range: Rs. 40,000 – Rs. 50,000 per month

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Senior Bookkeeper – US to manage financial records, reconciliations, and reporting for our US clients. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in US accounting practices and have hands-on experience using QuickBooks and Xero.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for US-based clients
• Perform daily entries, bank/credit card reconciliations, and month-end closings
• Maintain and update general ledgers and financial records
• Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with US GAAP
• Communicate with clients regarding financial discrepancies and updates
• Utilize QuickBooks and Xero for managing client accounts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in US bookkeeping
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Xero
• Excellent analytical, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity
• Male candidates only (due to night shift work hours)
