Job Summary

The Body and Paint Workshop Engineer will oversee and supervise all operations within the body and paint workshop, ensuring high-quality repairs, efficient workflow, and the safety of the team. This role involves managing the team of technicians, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner, and maintaining a safe and organized workshop environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of body and paint technicians.
• Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure efficiency and high-quality output.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Oversee the daily operations of the body and paint workshop.
• Ensure all repair work meets company standards and customer specifications.
• Prepare reports on workshop productivity, job status, and any issues for management.
• Assist with cost control and budgeting for the body and paint workshop.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and time spent on each project.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or related engineering field.
• At least 3 years in automotive body repair and painting.
• Excellent technical skills.
• Leadership & Management skills
