Senior Branch Manager- Apartments

Job Description

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities across all ongoing projects within the branch
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Contractors to resolve site issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Ensure all projects comply with company policies, statutory norms, and safety standards.
• Identify business opportunities and support tendering and estimation teams in securing new projects.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of marketing experience, with 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Must have experience in the real estate or interior fitout industry.
• Proven experience in lead generation, sales funnel management, and achieving growth targets.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects.
