Position: Senior Brand Manager

Location: İstanbul / Kavacik

Working Model: Hybrid

Role to work with: Marketing Manager

What do we expect from our new team member?


  • Developing and implementing strategic brand plans,
  • Managing brand budget and forecasting,
  • Reporting on brand performance metrics,
  • Finding creative solutions and strategies to grow the brand,
  • Taking part in and managing market and consumer research, analyzing the outputs for the related category, turn in to action plan,
  • Working together and managing cross-functional teams,
  • Taking part in market research and data analysis with market research teams, using market insights to drive brand growth,
  • Taking part in digital marketing processes with digital marketing teams, including social media strategies and digital advertising.


What kind of teammate are we looking for?


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Economy, and/or related fields,
  • At least 4 years of experience in brand management and marketing, preferably in FMCG sector,
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies,
  • Hands-on experience with budget management,
  • Skilled in MS Office programs,
  • Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken),
  • A result-oriented perspective with a focus on achieving targets and continuous improvement,
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across functions and teams,
  • Good grasp of organizational and project management skills,
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
