Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business goals
- Define brand positioning, tone of voice, and messaging guidelines
- Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, trends, and competitors
- Identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility and differentiation
Marketing Campaigns & Execution
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital & offline)
- Oversee campaign development from concept to execution
- Coordinate with creative, digital, and content teams for campaign delivery
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results
Brand Identity & Communication
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all channels (social media, website, ads, etc.)
- Review and approve creative materials to maintain brand standards
- Manage brand guidelines and ensure adherence across departments
- Lead storytelling and brand communication strategies
Market Research & Analysis
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
- Track brand performance metrics and consumer engagement
- Use data-driven insights to improve branding and marketing strategies
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams
- Align branding strategies with business objectives and revenue goals
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs such as brand awareness, engagement, and campaign ROI
- Prepare reports on brand performance and marketing effectiveness
- Recommend improvements based on data analysis

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles
- Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns and brand strategies
- Experience in digital marketing and brand communication

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
