We are looking for a Senior Broadcast Engineer who will take ownership of our broadcast infrastructure, ensuring seamless transmission, studio operations, and audio quality. This is a critical role where you will bridge traditional broadcasting with modern digital streaming technologies.

You will work closely with content producers, IT teams, and leadership to maintain high standards in live and recorded programming. You are not just maintaining systems, you are ensuring every broadcast reaches audiences clearly and consistently.

Key Responsibilities

Broadcast System Management
Maintain and operate radio transmission systems, studio equipment, and broadcast automation tools

Live Broadcast Operations
Ensure smooth execution of live programs with zero downtime and immediate troubleshooting when required

Technical Maintenance
Perform regular system checks, preventive maintenance, and upgrades of broadcast equipment

Audio Quality Control
Monitor sound levels, clarity, and output quality across all channels

System Integration
Support integration of streaming platforms, servers, and digital broadcast solutions

Collaboration
Work closely with presenters, producers, and IT teams to support production and transmission needs

What We Are Looking For

Experience
Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in broadcast engineering, radio operations, or audio systems

Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of RF systems, transmitters, audio consoles, and broadcast automation software

Digital Knowledge
Experience with streaming platforms, IP based broadcasting, and server management is highly preferred

Problem Solving
Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues during live broadcasts

Education
Degree or diploma in Broadcast Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field

Mindset
Detail oriented, reliable, and calm under pressure in live broadcast environments

Pay: QAR9,000.00 - QAR13,000.00 per month
