Senior Business Acquisition Analyst – Due Diligence & Valuation

Role Overview

We are expanding our acquisition analysis team.

You will conduct detailed financial, operational and compliance analysis of businesses identified for purchase in Dubai.

Your work directly supports final acquisition decisions.

Core Responsibilities

Financial Due Diligence:

  • Validate P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements
  • Reconcile declared revenue against bank records
  • Verify VAT filings against transaction patterns
  • Assess payroll and supplier integrity
  • Normalize earnings (owner adjustments, one-offs, related party exposure)
  • Analyze working capital cycles and liquidity sustainability

Operational & Risk Review:

  • Evaluate cost structure integrity
  • Assess rent and labor ratio sustainability
  • Identify owner-dependency and supplier concentration risk
  • Review license status and compliance exposure

Deliverables:

  • Structured due diligence report
  • Risk register summary
  • Valuation support model
  • Analytical memo for internal review

Technology & Analytical Requirement

Candidates must be comfortable using technology to enhance analytical speed and precision.

You should have:

  • Advanced Excel modeling capability
  • Practical experience using AI tools for financial review or scenario testing
  • Experience working with financial datasets and analytical platforms

Preferred:

  • Power BI
  • Data visualization tools
  • Automated analysis workflows

Required Experience

  • Minimum 4+ years in business acquisition analysis, valuation, transaction advisory, or brokerage analysis within UAE
  • Experience reviewing operating businesses for sale
  • Strong financial red-flag detection ability
  • Multi-source financial validation capability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
