Job Purpose

As a core member of the India Expert team , you will partner with colleagues on executive search and leadership advisory engagements across a specific sector or function, such as Healthcare & Life Sciences, Industrial, or Human Resources.

Experts play a critical role in driving high-quality outcomes across all phases of client engagements. This includes project management, in-depth research, shaping tailored solutions, and producing high-impact client deliverables. In addition, Experts contribute to the firm’s knowledge management efforts, helping to build and maintain resources that support efficient and effective delivery.

Working closely with Consultants, Experts also support business development by tracking sector-specific trends, company developments, and key talent movements, helping to identify new opportunities and deepen client relationships.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of executing multiple client engagements across executive search and leadership advisory solutions. This includes conducting research and analysis, synthesizing insights, actively participating in client interactions, and managing projects end-to-end with a high degree of initiative and collaboration with client teams
  • For executive search, identify, assess, and prioritize potential candidates through internal networks, external resources, and targeted market outreach
  • Act as a thought partner to the Consultant by shaping high-quality strategies and approaches for each assignment. Ensure excellence in project documentation, including – but not limited to – role specifications, candidate profiles, landscape mapping reports, and compensation benchmarks for search engagements; and assessments and feedback reports for advisory projects
  • Build knowledge in a specific segment / sub-segment / function through proactive market research. Actively partner with other practice groups and service lines to further build expertise
  • Lead by example and support the growth of both junior and senior colleagues by sharing knowledge and mentoring based on expertise. Contribute meaningfully to internal initiatives that strengthen the firm’s long-term capabilities – such as business development efforts, knowledge management, and other strategic projects


Ideal Expert


  • Brings prior experience in management consulting, executive search, or research roles; sector-specific exposure is a strong advantage
  • Demonstrates strong project management capabilities, with the ability to independently lead and execute assignments with minimal supervision
  • Exhibits high levels of determination and drive, paired with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work seamlessly across diverse teams
  • Possesses intellectual curiosity and a problem-solving mindset, with strong analytical and qualitative reasoning skills
  • Driven by a passion for learning and creating impact, with a proactive approach to challenges and the confidence to step outside their comfort zone
