What do we expect from you?

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields (Engineering is a plus)
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or a similar role in an Agile software development environment. (Experience in banking, factoring, or fintech is a plus.)
• Solid knowledge of software systems, system analysis & design principles, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and relational database systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in creating detailed specifications, mockups, process documentation, and presentations.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and a user-centric mindset. (Figma knowledge is a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong team player.
• Familiar with SDLC and agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across business and technical functions.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs.
• Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.

What will you do when you join us?

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into workflows, user stories, specifications, and wireframes.
• Conduct functional analysis and design user-centric, innovative software solutions.
• Review and interpret API documentation; engage in technical discussions with engineering teams, knowledge about API testing tools (Postman)
• Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment between business goals and implementation.
• Participate in all stages of the product lifecycle, including system, integration, and UAT testing.
• Track project progress, ensure timely delivery, and maintain product quality.
• Work closely with project managers to prioritize product backlogs and plan agile sprints.
• Prioritize backlogs in collaboration with project managers and lead sprint planning activities.
• Build domain expertise and serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Foster collaboration across departments and maintain transparent, effective communication.
• Provide clear, concise system specs and define business processes to support development efforts.
