Job Description:

Must Have:

Over 6 years of experience in understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable plans
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, use cases, user stories, and functional specification
Experience in Agile and Scrum with strong documentation skills
Hands on experience in preparing User documentation Manuals, Release notes, and SOPs
Good understanding of SDLC process and database concepts
Proficiency in JIRA, Azure and DevOps
Ability to conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement
Experience working closely with development teams to ensure the successful translation of business requirements into technical specifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence teams and stakeholders at all levels
Proven experience as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration
Strong ability to provide guidance and support to junior business analysts, fostering their professional growth and development
Collaboration skills to work effectively with technology teams to design innovative solutions that align with business goals and objectives
Ability to evaluate and recommend technology platforms, tools, and methodologies that align with the organization's objectives and long-term vision
Experience supporting the development and implementation of technology solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and deliver expected outcomes

Good to Have:

Knowledge of software tools like Draw.io
Professional certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are advantageous
Experience collaborating with organizational change management teams to ensure smooth adoption and integration of new technology solutions
