Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in pre-sales, client engagement, and solution collaboration within the technology services industry. The ideal candidate has worked closely with Solution Architects to translate business needs into structured technical documentation and solution blueprints.

You will play a pivotal role in bridging business objectives with technical execution—ensuring solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with client expectations. Candidates familiar with AI-driven business tools, automation platforms, and data-driven decision-making will be preferred, as the company continues to integrate AI-assisted workflows across its operations.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Support & Solution Collaboration

• Partner with the Solution Architect and Sales teams to understand client goals, technical requirements, and project scope.
• Support the preparation of technical proposals, project estimates, and SOWs, ensuring clarity and alignment with client needs.
• Conduct discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and requirement-gathering workshops to identify pain points and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design value-driven solutions and roadmaps.
• Contribute to AI-enhanced proposal creation and client analysis using automation or intelligent research tools.
• Assist in preparing RFP/RFI responses, case studies, and pre-sales decks in coordination with marketing and delivery teams.

Business Analysis & Documentation

• Develop detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications (FRDs), user stories, and workflow diagrams.
• Validate requirements through continuous stakeholder feedback and ensure technical feasibility with Solution Architects.
• Maintain version-controlled documentation and ensure traceability across all project phases.
• Use AI-based tools for data analysis, process optimization, and documentation quality improvement.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

• Serve as the key liaison between clients, delivery, and technical teams, ensuring transparency and consistency in communication.
• Present findings, insights, and proposed solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Build long-term relationships through consultative communication, business acumen, and reliability.
• Process Improvement & Innovation
• Identify opportunities to enhance internal pre-sales and documentation workflows through AI automation and analytics tools.
• Recommend new technologies or process improvements to strengthen solution delivery.
• Stay informed about AI trends, digital transformation practices, and evolving client needs to inform solution discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and solution design principles.
• Proven experience working with or alongside Solution Architects on technical discovery and pre-sales documentation.
• Exposure to or proficiency in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Notion AI, ClickUp AI, or similar) for research, analysis, and workflow optimization.
• Exceptional analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Skills

• Strong expertise in business analysis, pre-sales documentation, and client scoping.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or similar collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with AI-driven productivity tools for research, document generation, and data visualization.
• Solid grasp of solution design fundamentals (APIs, integrations, cloud platforms).
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Experience

• 10 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT services, with significant exposure to pre-sales and collaboration with Solution Architects.
• Experience in integrating AI or automation tools into analysis or documentation processes will be an added advantage.
