Job Title: Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst with a strong understanding of supply chain and retail operations , particularly within FMCG environments . This role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into clear technical requirements for data, analytics, and BI solutions . The ideal candidate is comfortable working in Agile teams , collaborating cross-functionally, and driving clarity from ambiguity.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across supply chain, retail, and operations teams
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data and BI solutions
• Create and manage user stories , acceptance criteria, and functional documentation
• Perform gap analysis between current and future state processes and systems
• Partner with data engineers, BI developers, and product owners to ensure accurate solution delivery
• Support the design and validation of dashboards and reports using Power BI / Microsoft Fabric
• Use SQL and Excel to analyze data, validate outputs, and support decision-making
• Facilitate workshops, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder reviews in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Ensure solutions align with business goals, data standards, and reporting requirements

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst
• Strong domain knowledge in supply chain and retail operations , preferably within FMCG
• Hands-on experience working with data and BI platforms
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and working within Agile teams
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical and business stakeholders
