Senior Business Analyst – ALM & Risk Systems (Qatar)

We are currently looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Analyst – ALM & Risk Systems to join a leading banking institution in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and manage ALM Risk systems and related change requests
• Translate business requirements into functional system solutions
• Coordinate with vendors, IT teams, Treasury, Finance, and Risk stakeholders
• Support liquidity, market risk, and ALM-related BAU activities
• Conduct UAT testing, user training, and post-implementation support
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk management requirements

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of banking risk management systems implementation experience
• Strong experience in ALM (Asset & Liability Management), Liquidity & Market Risk
• Hands-on experience with banking risk systems, data management, and change management
• Knowledge of Basel regulations and banking IT systems/applications
• Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills
• Banking industry experience is mandatory

Preferred:

• Locally available candidates in Qatar
• Open to all nationalities

The ideal candidate will support ALM Risk systems, collaborate with Risk, Treasury, Finance & IT teams, manage system enhancements, conduct UAT/testing, and support risk transformation initiatives across domestic and international banking operations.

Pay: QAR17,000.00 per month
