Senior Business Analyst – Payments

Responsibilities

• Elaborate raw requirements into user stories grouped by features for program increments
• Lead grooming and planning sessions within Scrum framework
• Estimate scope using t-shirt sizes and story points
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and teams locally and globally
• Identify internal and external project dependencies
• Recognize and discuss non-functional requirements with project and client teams
• Maintain effective verbal and written communication with all parties
• Apply general understanding of the SAFe framework to project activities
• Adapt quickly to existing project procedures and environments

Requirements

• Extensive experience of 10-15 years in Business Analysis
• Proven leadership in Scrum ceremonies such as grooming and planning
• Experience working on ongoing projects with established processes
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities across diverse locations
• Competency in identifying and managing project dependencies
• Capability to define and discuss non-functional requirements
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication
• General knowledge of the SAFe framework

Nice to have

• Experience with Rally ALM or JIRA tools
• Background in banking and financial services domain projects
• Basic technical understanding of SQL
• Familiarity with Postman and API concepts
