Senior Business Analyst – Project Management

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to contribute to the Single Risk Underwriting Platform by analyzing business needs and managing project implementations.

You will work closely with the Solution Owner to enhance platform functionality and ensure alignment with best practices. This role requires a digital mindset and experience in project management and business process analysis. Responsibilities

• Partner with the Solution Owner to develop scalable and robust solutions
• Recommend improvements to enhance platform performance and usability
• Clarify backlog items and define tasks for user stories with business experts and IT teams
• Oversee development releases and coordinate functional testing with stakeholders
• Maintain detailed functional and technical documentation
• Identify architectural enhancements and apply relevant standards
• Design and implement new platform features
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges
• Document workflows and processes for clarity and continuity
• Provide support after deployment to manage feedback and continuous improvements

Requirements

• Experience as a business IT analyst for 6 or more years working with complex IT architectures
• Proactive approach to identifying risks and driving their resolution
• Strong background in Agile methodologies in both business and IT contexts
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and programming languages including Java, Python, Angular, Spring Boot, SQL, and PL/SQL
• Business-driven mindset with a strong understanding of functional contexts
• Familiarity with Agile project management practices
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to operate effectively in an international environment
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to collaborate across technical and business teams
