Role Overview
Own end-to-end coordination between customers and vendors for Packers & Movers operations, ensuring smooth execution of shifting requests through strong communication, negotiation, and operational follow-through. The role is critical in driving customer satisfaction, vendor alignment, and timely completion of all movement jobs, along with the ideation for business expansion.

Responsibilities
Customer Management
  • Understand complete shifting requirements from customers (inventory, location, timelines, special handling needs)
  • Provide accurate and competitive quotations based on internal pricing guidelines
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the entire shifting lifecycle
  • Ensure clarity of expectations around pricing, timelines, and service scope

Vendor Management & Negotiation
  • Identify and coordinate with appropriate vendors for each shifting request
  • Negotiate pricing, availability, and service terms to ensure business viability
  • Align vendors on execution timelines (date, time, manpower, vehicle requirements)
  • Ensure adherence to agreed SLAs and resolve vendor-side constraints proactively

Operations Execution & Coordination
  • Ensure smooth execution of shifting jobs as per committed timelines and scope
  • Continuously track ongoing movements and intervene in case of delays/issues
  • Coordinate between customer and vendor during execution for real-time resolution
  • Ensure zero-failure execution mindset across all assigned jobs

Pricing & Commercial Closure
  • Support in finalizing competitive yet profitable quotations
  • Balance customer expectations with vendor cost structures
  • Ensure margin protection while maintaining conversion efficiency

Post-Service Experience
  • Collect feedback from both customers and vendors post job completion
  • Identify service gaps and communicate actionable insights to improve experience
  • Ensure closure of all operational and experience loops

Business Expansion & Strategy
  • Identify new growth opportunities in the market (new clusters, demand pockets, underserved areas)
  • Develop strategies to increase supply penetration and improve fulfillment capacity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align supply growth with customer demand trends
  • Drive initiatives to improve vendor density and service availability

Qualification and Skills
  • 2–3 years of work experience in Sales / Account Management / Operations in Packers & Movers or Delivery / Logistics sector
  • Strong exposure to customer-facing and vendor coordination roles
  • Good understanding of Dubai market dynamics and customer behavior
  • Comfortable handling negotiations and operational pressure situations
  • High bias for execution, ownership, and real-time problem solving
  • MBA preferred (strongly preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable supply strategies
