Senior Business Development

Description:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies that align with company growth targets.
  • Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of commercial and infrastructure lighting projects.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in sectors like commercial, industrial, and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development to align offerings with market demand.
  • Oversee proposal development, bidding processes, and tender submissions.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure they meet technical and profitability standards.
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings as needed.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitability and compliance with technical requirements.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on market needs, product improvements, and customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or a related major from a reputable university.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proven expertise in leading sales teams and delivering results in a B2B project-based environment.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
