Job Description:

Role Overview: The Senior Business Development Associate will actively contribute to identifying and securing new clients, while also mentoring junior associates. This role is suitable for individuals with prior experience in sales who are looking to step into a more responsible position within business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients through research and outreach.
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients via calls, meetings, and networking.
  • Support the preparation of sales strategies and proposals.
  • Assist in negotiations and closing smaller deals independently.
  • Guide and mentor junior associates in day-to-day sales tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for campaign pitches.
  • Track progress against sales targets and report regularly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing services.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,637.34 - ₹62,569.39 per month
