About the Role

IIM SKILLS, a rapidly growing EdTech company, is looking for a Senior Business Development Associate (SBDA) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end admissions and sales process from managing company provided leads to closing enrolments. The position demands strong communication skills, target orientation, and the ability to guide students in making informed career decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students through calls, emails, and online channels.
• Identify learners’ needs and recommend appropriate IIM SKILLS programs.
• Manage leads efficiently through CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to optimize lead conversions.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 Months to 4 Years of experience in Inside Sales / BDA / Admission Counselling (EdTech experience preferred).
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
