Core Responsibilities

*Sales and Strategy
Develop, execute, and optimize sales strategies aligned with company objectives. Monitor performance against KPIs to ensure consistent growth and profitability.

*Client Relationship Management
Build, strengthen, and sustain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients. Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

*Market and Opportunity Analysis
Conduct in-depth research to uncover new business opportunities, track industry developments, and evaluate competitor performance to inform strategic decisions.

*Sales and Proposal Management
Create and deliver compelling presentations and tailored proposals. Lead contract negotiations and close deals that maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.

*Internal Collaboration
Partner with marketing, logistics, and product development teams to coordinate seamless project execution and align sales objectives with overall company goals.

*Industry Engagement
Actively represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and professional events to expand networks, generate qualified leads, and enhance market visibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications

*Sales and Negotiation
Demonstrated ability to drive sales, negotiate effectively, and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.

*Strategic and Analytical Skills
Strong strategic thinking with the capacity to interpret sales data, forecast trends, and identify growth opportunities.

*Technical and Product Knowledge
Comprehensive understanding of building materials, their technical applications, and relevance within construction projects.

*Project Management
Proven experience managing multiple client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

*Personal Attributes
Highly driven, adaptable, and organized, with a proactive approach to challenges and a strong problem-solving mindset.

*Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred, with at least 3 years of proven sales experience in building materials, construction, or industrial tools sectors.
