Senior Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive with solid experience in ERP or software sales to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, an understanding of business management software, and the ability to drive new business opportunities across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for ERP and software solutions.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with the technical and support teams for smooth client onboarding.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Requirements:.

• 3–4 years of experience in ERP or any software sales (B2B preferred).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of the UAE market and business practices.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Male candidates preferred.
