We are looking for a dynamic and driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key player in the development and execution of business strategies, you will be responsible for handling B2B partnerships and corporate alliances across the UAE and international markets. This role requires an Arabic speaker to effectively communicate and foster relationships with clients and partners in the region and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Partnerships & Corporate Alliances:
- Manage and build strong relationships with business partners across UAE and international markets.
- Lead partnership proposal and agreements finalization, ensuring mutual growth and alignment.
- Oversee strategic partnerships, negotiations, and long-term corporate alliances.
- Business Strategy & Protocols:
- Set business strategies and protocols to enhance the company’s internal development.
- Develop market entry strategies using data research and analysis to expand the company's reach in key regions.
- Event Planning & Activation:
- Lead the planning and management of international events and activations to support business objectives.
- Represent the company at high-level meetings with UAE developers and maintain effective communication with key stakeholders.
- Sales & Conversion:
- Oversee the entire sales and conversion process for both international and local clients, from initial contact to deal closure.
- Use outbound sales techniques such as cold calling, email campaigns, and on-site company visits to reach potential clients and partners.
- Negotiate pricing with international and local clients, balancing competitive offers with company goals.
- Customer Relationship & Loyalty Program Management:
- Lead the company’s Loyalty Program, managing the full cycle from partner agreements to strategic collaborations and customer relationship management.
- Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Sales, and other internal departments to ensure seamless execution of loyalty strategies.
- Monitor program ROI and performance, providing insights and reports for management review.
- Drive loyalty strategy development, enhancing customer engagement and partner value.
- Post-Sale Activities & After-Sales Support:
- Implement effective post-sale practices to ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
- Provide after-sales support, coordinating with internal departments to resolve any customer-related issues.
- Cross-Cultural Client Management:
- Manage international clients across diverse regions, using fluency in Arabic, English, and Turkish to build strong relationships and conversions.
- Conduct educational lectures and business seminars to increase awareness among international entrepreneurs and businessmen.
- Performance & Results:
- Consistently achieve high conversion rates for international clients and exceed sales targets.
- Attend out-of-city events and meetings for prospective collaborations and partnerships.
- Use data from Google Ads and CRM systems weekly to inform decisions on lead targeting, sales strategies, and market trends.
- Negotiation & Contract Management:
- Negotiate deals and finalize contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Prepare and revise sales contracts as necessary, while ensuring alignment with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Arabic, English, and Turkish is required.
- Proven experience in B2B business development, corporate alliances, and partnerships.
- Strong experience in outbound sales and lead generation techniques.
- Demonstrated success in managing and executing loyalty programs.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Ability to work across multiple departments and regions effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
