Job Title: Sales & Business Development Executive (Furniture / Home-Building Segment)

Work Location: PU4, Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Employment Type: Full-Time | Work From Office + Field Sales

Work Schedule & Compensation

  • Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (field visits may extend beyond office hours as required)
  • Weekly Off: Roster-based
  • Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
  • Incentives: Performance-based and growth-linked incentives

Role Overview

We are hiring a senior-level Sales & Business Development Executive to drive high-value sales in the furniture and home-building segment. This is a pure sales role involving showroom sales as well as extensive external meetings with architects, interior designers, and consultants.

The ideal candidate must bring strong domain knowledge, proven closing ability, and an existing professional network of architects and designers. This role requires ownership of revenue targets and relationship-driven business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and convert walk-in and referred clients at the showroom
  • Meet architects, interior designers, and consultants at their offices to generate business
  • Develop, maintain, and expand a strong network of architects and designers
  • Drive B2B and B2C sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and manage follow-ups until closure
  • Maintain CRM records and track sales activities and conversions
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving client requirements

Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in furniture, modular kitchens, interiors, or the home-building segment
  • Proven experience selling to architects, interior designers, and consultants
  • An active and existing network of architects and designers
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Own two-wheeler or vehicle for regular client visits
  • Own laptop

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in modular kitchen or premium furniture sales
  • Exposure to commercial-grade or high-value furniture projects

This Role Is NOT Suitable For

  • Junior or support sales profiles
  • Candidates seeking a purely office-based role
  • Candidates without a proven architect/designer network

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹38,019.25 per month
