Job Purpose
To drive corporate business growth across Maharashtra by acquiring and managing industrial, manufacturing, IT, logistics, and corporate clients, with a focus on Occupational Health Centre (OHC) services, preventive health programs, medical staffing, and corporate wellness solutions.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales
- Identify, prospect, and onboard corporate & industrial clients across Maharashtra.
- Promote OHC services, statutory health compliance solutions, medical staffing, health check programs, and ambulance services.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through regular field visits and client meetings.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop long-term relationships with HR Heads, EHS Managers, Admin Heads, Factory Managers, and Corporate Leadership.
- Understand client requirements and propose customized healthcare solutions.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and coordination with operations teams.
Tender & Proposal Management
- Identify corporate tenders, RFQs, and RFPs relevant to healthcare services.
- Prepare proposals, commercials, presentations, and negotiations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, manpower planning, and compliance documentation.
Market Intelligence & Expansion
- Conduct market research to identify new industrial clusters and business opportunities in Maharashtra.
- Track competitor activity and pricing trends.
- Support new service launches and geographic expansion.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain CRM updates, sales MIS, and forecasting reports.
- Submit weekly activity reports and monthly performance reviews.
- Ensure proper documentation, contracts, and LOIs are in place.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong B2B corporate sales & negotiation skills

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate / MBA (Marketing, Healthcare Management preferred)
- Experience:
- 2–4 years in Corporate B2B Business Development
- Experience in Healthcare / Industrial services / Facility Management / Insurance / EHS is an advantage
- Location Knowledge: Strong understanding of Maharashtra industrial belts (Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, Aurangabad, Nagpur, MIDC areas)
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within Maharashtra
