Senior Business Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive for our construction operations in Saudi Arabia, with a strong focus on infrastructure and civil works projects.

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with main contractors and EPC companies, and securing subcontracting opportunities across the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new project opportunities in infrastructure and industrial sectors
• Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and project owners
• Generate leads for subcontracting works including earthwork, pipelines, drainage, RCC works, and site development
• Coordinate with internal teams for project proposals and prequalification submissions
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and networking events
• Track market developments, upcoming projects, and tender opportunities
• Support management in expanding company presence in Saudi Arabia

Location: Dammam / Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia

Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the construction industry
• Mandatory experience in Saudi Arabia or Gulf region market
• Strong network with main contractors, EPC companies, and industrial clients
• Experience in infrastructure projects such as earthworks, pipelines, RCC structures, and drainage systems
• Good understanding of tendering, subcontracting, and project acquisition processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve business growth targets
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
• Arabic language skills are an added advantage
• Candidates currently in Saudi Arabia will be given preference
