About the Role:

We are looking for a 3-4 years of experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. This role focuses on client acquisition, sales outreach, and business growth for our digital services.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in sales or business development within the IT, marketing, or e-commerce industry and is confident in dealing with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients through online channels and outbound sales
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Communicate with clients via email, chat, and calls
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Prepare professional proposals and follow up consistently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
  • Strong English communication (written & verbal)
  • Experience working with international clients is preferred
  • Basic understanding of digital services (marketing, websites, e-commerce, etc.)
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Good negotiation and closing skills
