Job Description

Role Overview

You are not just a lead generator—you are a revenue driver.

This role is responsible for:

- Acquiring direct clients in the US

- Closing staffing/recruitment deals

- Building long-term client relationships

- Generating consistent monthly revenue

- You will own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition (Core Responsibility)

  • Identify and target:
  • Direct clients (NOT vendors)
  • Mid-sized & enterprise US companies
  • Generate leads via:
  • LinkedIn outreach
  • Cold emailing
  • Cold calling
  • Networking platforms
  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects

2. End-to-End Sales Cycle Management

  • Prospect Connect Pitch Negotiate Close
  • Conduct discovery calls with US clients
  • Understand hiring needs (tech stack, urgency, budget)
  • Present company services (IT staffing, contract hiring, permanent hiring)

3. Contract & Deal Closure

Close deals on:

  • Direct client contracts
  • MSA (Master Service Agreement)
  • Staffing agreements (W2 / C2C / 1099 / Direct hire)

Negotiate:

  • Margins (20–30% for permanent placements)
  • Billing rates for contract roles

4. Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with:

  • Hiring managers
  • HR leaders
  • Procurement teams
  • Become a trusted hiring partner
  • Ensure repeat business and account growth

5. Market Intelligence

Stay updated on:

  • US hiring trends
  • In-demand IT roles (AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, DevOps)
  • Identify high-paying niches and client segments

6. Collaboration with Recruitment Team

  • Work closely with recruiters to:
  • Share job requirements clearly
  • Align candidate submissions

Ensure:

  • Fast turnaround
  • High-quality candidate delivery

7. Revenue Targets

  • Monthly / quarterly sales targets
  • KPI-driven performance:
  • New client acquisition
  • Deals closed
  • Revenue generated

Required Skills & Expertise

1. US Market Knowledge (Non-Negotiable)

  • Strong understanding of:
  • US hiring process
  • IT roles & tech stacks
  • Recruitment models (W2, C2C, 1099, Direct hire)

2. Sales & Closing Ability

  • Proven track record of:
  • Closing US clients
  • Generating consistent revenue
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • 3. Communication Skills
  • Excellent spoken & written English
  • Ability to confidently speak with US clients

4. Lead Generation Expertise

  • Hands-on experience with:
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Cold email tools
  • CRM systems

5. Strategic Thinking

Ability to:

  • Identify profitable niches
  • Target high-value clients
  • Build scalable pipelines
  • Tools & Platforms
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
  • Email automation tools (Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly)
  • ATS systems (for coordination with recruiters)

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of qualified leads generated
  • Number of client meetings booked
