Key Responsibilities:
Drive business growth in ESG consulting and Payroll Outsourcing verticals.
Proactively identify and convert leads through cold outreach, networking, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, CFOs, and Sustainability Officers.
Work closely with internal ESG and Payroll teams to deliver customized client solutions.
Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities to craft targeted sales strategies and pitches.
Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client meetings to strengthen market presence.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
3 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in ESG or HR/Payroll services.
Solid knowledge of ESG frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB) and UAE payroll regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Bachelor s degree in business administration or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
Self-motivated, with a strategic, solution-oriented mindset and high attention to regulatory compliance.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
