Senior Business Development Manager

Role Overview

The Senior Business Development Manager will drive sales growth, manage key accounts, and expand the company’s footprint in Saudi Arabia. This role combines strategic planning, hands-on sales leadership, and deep market engagement. The ideal candidate has proven experience in IT solution sales, understands the Saudi market landscape, and can lead from the front.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the national sales strategy aligned with regional objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, government agencies, and key decision-makers.
  • Lead the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities in IT solutions and services.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure customer success.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and business reviews.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of proven sales experience in IT solutions/services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong network in the Saudi IT sector.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
