Job Description
We're looking for a results-driven Senior Manager Business Development to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth across local and international markets. You'll be responsible for building strong client relationships, closing high-value deals, and expanding our presence in the software development and SaaS space. This is a leadership role where you'll not only hunt for new business but also mentor your team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional results.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the business development team to achieve ambitious sales targets
- Hunt, qualify, and close deals for website development, mobile apps, SaaS products, and IT services
- Prospect new leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and competitive intelligence
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with consistent deal flow
- Craft compelling sales proposals and deliver winning pitches to clients
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with digital marketing initiatives
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify market opportunities for growth
- Engage potential customers through multiple channels including social media, email campaigns, and direct outreach
- Nurture relationships with existing clients to maximize revenue and drive repeat business
- Research emerging markets, industries, and online media opportunities to expand our reach
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design high-impact email campaigns and digital strategies
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching to ensure monthly and quarterly goals are met
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of proven IT sales experience working with local and international clients
- Strong track record in selling software development services, web/mobile applications, and SaaS solutions
- Exceptional hunter mentality with the ability to close complex deals independently
- Excellent communication skills with flawless telephonic etiquette and command over English (written & spoken)
- Expert negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Deep understanding of the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
- Experience in building and implementing marketing strategies
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to perform competitor and market analysis
- Comfortable engaging customers across digital platforms (Facebook Messenger, email, social media)
- Leadership experience with a passion for driving team success
