We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead our international business growth. This is a senior-level role that demands deep knowledge of the insurance and software industry, an established global network in the insurance and reinsurance vertical, and a proven track record of driving enterprise technology sales across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand Anoud+ adoption across global insurance markets.
  • Identify, target, and acquire new enterprise clients in the insurance and reinsurance sectors.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and industry influencers / partners across the insurance ecosystem.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, presentations, solution positioning, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with presales, product, and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs and market trends.
  • Represent Anoud Tech at international insurance and InsurTech forums, conferences, and networking events.
  • Continuously monitor market dynamics, competitors, and emerging technologies to refine go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 15–20 years of proven experience in selling enterprise software solutions to the global insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of insurance operations (General, Health, Life, and Reinsurance) and related digital transformation needs.
  • Extensive international exposure and industry network in insurance / InsurTech, and is based in the Middle Eastern region (preferably in Doha, Qatar with EU nationality).
  • Demonstrated success in closing large-scale deals with global insurers or reinsurers.
  • Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to engage with international clients and partners.
