Company

Eurora.ae — Integrated logistics & freight forwarding (sea, air, land). We are growing our commercial team and seeking an experienced senior business development professional to accelerate sales and deepen customer relationships across all transport modes.

Role overview

You will lead new-business acquisition and account development for Eurora’s sea, air and land freight services. Your aim is to drive revenue growth, win strategic accounts, and work with operations to deliver competitive, profitable solutions. Knowledge of customs clearance procedures and documentation is a strong advantage.

Key responsibilities

- Identify, target and win new corporate and freight-forwarding accounts across sea, air and land transport.

- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs assessment, proposal/tendering, negotiation and closing.

- Grow and retain key accounts; develop tailored logistics solutions and upsell value-added services.

- Build and maintain relationships with shippers, freight forwarders, carriers and customs brokers.

- Coordinate with operations, pricing and customs teams to ensure accurate quotations and smooth implementation.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing; prepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports.

- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and margin targets; maintain CRM and sales documentation.

- Represent Eurora at industry events and trade shows.

Qualifications & experience

- 5+ years’ business development / sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain (sea, air and/or land).

- Proven track record of winning and managing B2B accounts and meeting sales targets.

- Practical knowledge of customs clearance, documentation (B/L, AWB, invoices, HS codes) and regulatory requirements is highly desirable.

- Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.

- Comfortable working with pricing models, costing and margin management.

- Proficient with CRM tools, MS Office; experience with freight management systems a plus.

- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
