Roles and Responsibilities

• Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
• Coordinating business generation activities and developing customized targeted business strategy.
• Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
• Research product details, market potential, and IP status to support business and licensing opportunities.
• Creating and maintaining a database of prospects and clients in the CRM systems and business databases to ensure accurate tracking of prospects, clients, and deal progress.
• Creating presentations, presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.
• Prepare pitchbooks and investor materials to support fundraising and partnerships.
• Contribute to the preparation and coordination of business proposals, including budgeting and planning for services.
• Maintain records of proposal submissions, pricing models, and contract discussions.
• Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process.
• Coordinate with internal teams to schedule, organize, and facilitate client meetings, internal discussions, and project briefings, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across departments.
• Building business relationships with current and potential prospects.
• Holistically plan the branding and positioning strategies by monitoring international pharmaceutical market trends.
• Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
