Job Purpose

To support the expansion and commercial performance of Floward’s Vending Machine channel by identifying high-potential locations, securing commercial agreements, managing partnerships, and monitoring ROI. The role ensures sustainable growth of the vending business while maintaining strong commercial discipline and cross-functional alignment.


Key Responsibilities

1. Market Research & Location Identification

  • Identify high-traffic and strategic locations such as hospitals, airports, malls, and supermarkets.
  • Conduct basic ROI and feasibility analysis for proposed placements.
  • Support pipeline tracking for new vending opportunities.

2. Contract Negotiation & Commercial Support

  • Engage with site owners and facility management teams to secure placement agreements.
  • Negotiate commercial terms including revenue share, fixed lease, or hybrid models.
  • Coordinate internally with Legal and Finance to finalize agreements.

3. Partnership Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for vending machine partners.
  • Maintain strong working relationships to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Address commercial or operational issues proactively.

4. Expansion & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Expansion Planning and Operations to align new placements with the rollout roadmap.
  • Support the launch of new vending locations and ensure operational readiness.

5. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Monitor revenue and performance of machines at partner locations.
  • Share regular updates with management on ROI and partnership status.
  • Identify improvement opportunities based on performance trends.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Commercial Leasing, Partnerships, or Retail Expansion.
  • Experience in automated retail, vending, FMCG, or kiosk models is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working with financial data and ROI tracking.
