Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Business Development & Partnerships Manager to join our team in Muscat, Oman. This is a high-impact role focused on driving business growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market opportunities across key sectors.
You will work closely with leadership to identify new revenue streams, develop partnerships, and execute growth strategies that strengthen the company’s market position.
What you'll do:
- Develop and manage strategic business partnerships and alliances
- Identify new business opportunities and revenue channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Support business growth and expansion strategies
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business cases
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute growth initiatives
- Track performance of partnerships and report outcomes
Requirements:
- Experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or related roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to negotiate and manage stakeholder relationships
- Good understanding of business strategy and market trends
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in regional or international markets is an advantage but not required

Pay: RO1,200.000 - RO2,800.000 per month
