Senior Business Development Specialist

Through our hybrid model, subleasing, building, and a C2B marketplace - we help companies house and move their workers without operational headaches, while unlocking income for landlords and real estate owners.

The Senior Business Development Specialist is responsible for closing complex, high-value deals while contributing to the overall performance of the BD team. This role requires strong commercial judgment, the ability to navigate longer sales cycles, and a willingness to share feedback and insights with the team. Senior Specialists are expected to operate with more autonomy, handle more challenging deals, and help raise the bar for the team.

Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle for complex, high-value deals.
  • Carry an individual revenue target and consistently deliver against it.
  • Manage strategic accounts through longer, more nuanced sales cycles.
Pipeline Management
  • Maintain a clean, accurate, and up-to-date pipeline in HubSpot.
  • Follow qualification frameworks and deal approval processes.
  • Lock communication ownership before progressing deals.
Team Contribution
  • Share feedback, insights, and learnings with the broader BD team.
  • Support junior team members informally through knowledge sharing.
  • Provide input on market signals, pricing, and process improvements.
Collaboration
  • Work closely with Supply Partnerships to align client needs with available inventory.
  • Coordinate with Account Management to ensure smooth handovers post-close.
Success Metrics
  • New CARR closed individually.
  • Pipeline health and conversion rates.
  • Deal quality and forecast accuracy.
  • Contribution to team knowledge and performance.
Requirements
  • 2 to 4 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of closing deals.
  • Fintech or B2B services background is a plus.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (required).
  • Strong commercial judgment and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable operating with autonomy and minimal oversight.
  • High energy, competitive, and results-driven.
