Senior Business Development Specialist

Company Overview:


Halan Consumer Finance is a leading provider of consumer

finance solutions, committed to helping individuals achieve their financial

goals through accessible credit products. We are seeking a dynamic and

results-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our team.


Position Overview:


The Business Development Executive will be responsible for

identifying and acquiring new locations to expand our customer base.

Additionally, the executive will focus on enhancing customer engagement with the Halan

card, fostering loyalty, and activating underutilized accounts.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Location Acquisition:


  • Identify potential locations for new partnerships that align with the company’s consumer offerings.

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new retail partners and locations.

  • Conduct market research to assess new business opportunities and trends in consumer finance.


2. Customer Acquisition:



  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to attract new customers to our consumer finance products.

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential partners and stakeholders to facilitate customer acquisitions.

  • Organize and participate in promotional events and campaigns to increase brand awareness.


3. Halan Loyalty and Retention Program:


  • Manage the loyalty program for Halan card users, focusing on customer retention and satisfaction.

  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities to activate dormant accounts.

  • Create and propose initiatives to boost usage and engagement among current Halan cardholders.


4. Performance Tracking:



  • Monitor and report on the performance of new locations and the effectiveness of customer acquisition strategies.

  • Provide regular updates to management regarding progress toward targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

5. Collaboration:



  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align efforts and optimize customer outreach strategies.

  • Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure high-quality support for new and existing customers.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or consumer finance.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with partners and customers.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve customer engagement strategies.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth.
