We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst ( BSA) - Share Point Specialist to support Technology & Document Controls Operations and Systems
Implementations for a major transportation infrastructure program. This role will serve as a core member of the Technology & Document Control Support Team, leading business analysis, Share Point governance, workflow automation, Microsoft 3 65 security compliance ( DLP), Power Platform development, and enterprise systems integration efforts.
SharePoint Administration & Governance
- Administer Share Point Online s ite collections, hub s ites, libraries, lists, and permissions.
- Develop and maintain Share Point Governance Plan.
- Configure metadata taxonomy, content types, retention labels, and lifecycle policies.
- Implement records management and compliance controls.
- Monitor platform health, storage, access, and audit activity.
Data Loss Prevention ( DLP) & Security Compliance
- Design and implement DLP policies within Microsoft 3 65 Security & Compliance Center.
- Configure policies protecting PI I , financial, and contract data.
- Monitor and investigate DLP alerts and security incidents.
- Develop compliance dashboards and provide reporting.
- Deliver end- user security awareness training.
Business Process Analysis & Solution Design
- Gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis and process improvement assessments.
- Develop Business Requirements Documents ( BRDs) and functional specifications.
- Support testing, validation, deployment planning, and documentation.
Workflow Automation & Power Platform
- Design workflows using Power Automate.
- Develop custom applications using Power Apps.
- Automate approvals, notifications, routing, and escalations.
- Maintain and optimize legacy workflows.
Power B l Reporting & Analytics
- Design and develop executive dashboards and KPI reports.
- Build and manage data models.
- Integrate Share Point and Microsoft 3 65 data sources.
- Automate report refresh and distribution schedules.
Systems integration & Project Leadership
- Lead integrations between Share Point, Microsoft 3 65 , Power Platform, and enterprise systems.
- Define project scope, deliverables, schedules, and cost estimates.
- Serve as primary point of contact for business stakeholders.
- Support RFP development and vendor coordination.
- Train users in group and one- on- one settings.
- Support other BSVII Program systems as needed.
- Perform related duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field ( experience may substitute year- for- year).
- Minimum four ( 4) years of progressively responsible experience in Share Point administration and governance.
- Experience with Microsoft 3 65 administration and Data Loss Prevention ( DLP).
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power B I .
- Strong background in business systems analysis and enterprise application support.
- Demonstrated experience leading technical projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting large infrastructure, transportation, or transit programs.
- Experience with PPM, Engineering Management, Construction Management, or EDMS systems.
- Familiarity with Aconex, P 6 , Unifier, or s similar enterprise platforms.
Performance Expectations
- Share Point access requests resolved within 2 4 hours.
- Workflow and report development delivered within 7 days when applicable.
- Weekly DLP monitoring and reporting.
- Monthly usage and compliance reporting.
- Timely submission of detailed progress reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $135,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
