Senior Bussines Analyst

We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our expert team. In this role, you will be pivotal in understanding and documenting client requirements, helping to shape the direction of our software development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering and analysis sessions with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents, user stories, and change management plans.
• Facilitate communication between IT teams and business units to ensure a clear understanding of project expectations and deliverables.
• Perform thorough data analysis, workflow analysis, and process mapping to identify areas for improvement.
• Support the development teams by providing clarification on requirements and participating in testing and validation processes.
• Engage in strategic discussions with management to help define project scope and objectives.
• Mentor and guide junior Business Analysts, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
