We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Buyer to join our Procurement team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in managing indirect categories, driving procurement compliance, and delivering value through strategic sourcing.

Role Highlights:

• Experience: 10–12 years in procurement with proven end-to-end category ownership.
• Industry Focus: Strong track record in indirect categories such as IT, Marketing, Facilities Management, Training, and Consultancy Services.
• Core Competencies:
• Leading tendering & RFP processes.
• Drafting and negotiating contracts.
• Driving supplier performance and cost-saving initiatives.
• Hands-on execution of PR-to-PO cycle, RFQs, small purchases, supplier negotiations, and audit-compliant documentation.
• Systems & Certifications:
• Strong working knowledge of Oracle ERP .
• CIPS Level 4 or above preferred (not mandatory).
• Role Requirements: Ability to build trust with internal stakeholders, challenge requirements where necessary, and ensure strict compliance with procurement processes.
