Responsibilities
- Lead a kitchen section, manage junior chefs, and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Deliver exceptional dishes across multiple cuisines (e.g., Mediterranean, Asian, Arabic, Fusion); adapt menus for bespoke private events.
- Develop creative, high-quality plated presentations for intimate gatherings
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and compliance with Dubai Municipality health and safety regulations.
- Mentor junior kitchen staff in technique, discipline, and teamwork.
- Collaborate with villa management and hosts on menu planning and special requests.
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and kitchen cost control.
- Uphold discretion, confidentiality, and respect for guests’ privacy at all times.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience as Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie, with at least 2 years in luxury hospitality or private homes/villas.
- Expertise in preparing and presenting a wide array of cuisines; ability to create innovative and customized menus for private clients.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management abilities.
- Proven ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to guest preferences or dietary requirements.
- HACCP certification or food safety qualification is highly valued.
- Professional fluency in English; additional languages considered an asset.
- Impeccable personal presentation and etiquette.
- Experience working in exclusive or high-end environments preferred.
