- Supervise daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth coordination between chefs and kitchen staff
- Maintain production schedules to meet order volumes and delivery timelines
- Implement and monitor food safety and hygiene standards
- Manage inventory levels of ingredients, packaging, and supplies
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement and cost-effective sourcing
- Track usage trends and minimize waste
- Ensure consistent product quality across all dessert categories
- Conduct regular taste tests, visual checks, and packaging audits
- Address customer feedback and implement corrective actions
- Oversee order dispatch and delivery logistics across platforms (e.g., Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem)
- Optimize delivery routes and timing for efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Liaise with third-party delivery partners and troubleshoot issues
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns, launches, and promotions
- Work closely with the accountant to manage budgets, cost control, and reporting
- Lead hiring, training, and performance reviews for kitchen and ops staf
Reporting & Strategy
- Monitor KPIs across operations, including order fulfillment rate, delivery time, and customer satisfaction
- Identify process improvements and implement scalable systems
- Report directly to the founder
