Operation Manager

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

  • Supervise daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth coordination between chefs and kitchen staff
  • Maintain production schedules to meet order volumes and delivery timelines
  • Implement and monitor food safety and hygiene standards
  • Manage inventory levels of ingredients, packaging, and supplies
  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement and cost-effective sourcing
  • Track usage trends and minimize waste
  • Ensure consistent product quality across all dessert categories
  • Conduct regular taste tests, visual checks, and packaging audits
  • Address customer feedback and implement corrective actions
  • Oversee order dispatch and delivery logistics across platforms (e.g., Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem)
  • Optimize delivery routes and timing for efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Liaise with third-party delivery partners and troubleshoot issues
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns, launches, and promotions
  • Work closely with the accountant to manage budgets, cost control, and reporting
  • Lead hiring, training, and performance reviews for kitchen and ops staf

Reporting & Strategy

  • Monitor KPIs across operations, including order fulfillment rate, delivery time, and customer satisfaction
  • Identify process improvements and implement scalable systems
  • Report directly to the founder

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
