Senior Chef De Partie

Solid experience working as all around Chef in a hotel or well reputable restaurant.

Can supervise team of F&B Production staff.

Ability to produce international cuisines and preparation with international menu standards and practices.

  • Controls and analyzes, on an ongoing basis, the following:
  • Quality levels of production and presentation including employee’s cafeteria.
  • Guest satisfaction.
  • Merchandizing and marketing.
  • Operating/payroll/food costs.
  • Cleanliness, sanitation, hygiene conformity with a special attention to HACCP Standards as laid down in the HACCP Manual.

Full knowledge in menu, and food preparation.

Strong communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
