Senior Civil Draughtsman

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Draughtsman to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in preparing detailed civil and structural drawings using AutoCAD and other design tools. You will work closely with engineers and architects to translate concepts into precise technical drawings and construction documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
• Interpret and convert sketches, plans, and specifications into accurate CAD drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and consultants to ensure drawing accuracy and alignment with project goals.
• Review and revise drawings based on engineer feedback and site conditions.
• Maintain an organized filing system for drawings and documentation.
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and company procedures.
• Conduct site visits when necessary to gather measurements or verify drawing accuracy.

Requirements:

• Diploma or ITI in Civil Draftsmanship or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in civil drafting, preferably in infrastructure or building projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must; knowledge of Revit, Civil 3D, or other drafting tools is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, civil/structural detailing, and industry standards.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
