Position- Senior Civil Engineer (Hospital Projects)

Experience- 15+ years (Mandatory hospital/institutional project experience)

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of hospital infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing consultants for design integration.
• Expertise in hospital-grade civil works, including fire safety norms, medical gas pipelines, OT standards, and NABH compliance.
• Review and approve construction drawings, BOQs, and site layouts.
• Lead vendor negotiations, tendering, and contractor management.
• Monitor site execution, ensure timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and civil engineering software.
• Prepare project reports and present progress to management.
• Must have handled large-scale healthcare or institutional projects independently.
• Coordinate with hospital management to ensure patient-centric infrastructure planning.
