Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer with 10–15 years of hands-on experience in construction project execution. The ideal candidate will oversee site operations, ensure quality standards, and manage teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site execution and ensure work quality and safety.
• Review and interpret structural drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and material usage.
• Conduct inspections and resolve site-related technical issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 10–15 years of experience in building construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction standards, codes, and materials.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office tools.
