Senior Civil Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our project execution team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all on-site construction activities to ensure timely project completion with the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute day-to-day site activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Ensure quality control, safety standards, and adherence to project timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth workflow.
• Prepare and review BOQs, bar bending schedules, and work progress reports.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction materials, manpower, and equipment usage.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work progress, site measurements, and material consumption.
• Handle site-level coordination for design changes and technical clarifications.
• Support project planning by providing accurate progress updates and resource requirements.
• Ensure all civil, structural, and finishing works are carried out as per standards and company policies.
• Assist the Project Manager in budget tracking, work scheduling, and vendor billing.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 2–8 years of experience in site execution or project management (real estate or construction).
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, materials, methods, and standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project tracking tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,526.45 - ₹45,256.74 per month
